Most homes take 60 to 90 minutes. You can walk on the carpet in socks straight away.

Inspect & pre-treat
We test the fibre, point out any stains that might not shift, and pre-spray high traffic lanes so the dirt lets go.

Hot water extraction
Our truck-mounted unit pushes 90°C water deep into the pile, then pulls it straight back out with the dirt in it.

Groom & speed dry
We rake the pile upright and set air movers running, so your carpet is dry in about two hours, not overnight.

How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Straight away in socks or bare feet. Carpets are usually fully dry in about two hours with our air movers and a window open. Wait until then before putting furniture back on bare carpet.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The calculator price is what you pay, as long as the rooms match what you booked. If a room is bigger than 20 m², we'll tell you before we start, never after.
Will every stain come out?
Most do. Some, like bleach marks, dye or old rust, change the fibre itself. We'll point those out during the inspection so there are no surprises.
How does the bond-back guarantee work?
If your agent flags the carpets at the final inspection, send us their note within 7 days and we'll come back and re-clean them free. It applies to every end of lease clean.
Do I need to be home?
Only to let us in, or you can leave a key in a lockbox. For end of lease cleans we often work alongside your general cleaner.
What hours do you work?
Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Sundays are available for end of lease cleans with a deadline.
